Conducted a field research, interviewing over 150 members to analyze the popular ‘mobile phone booth’ businesses. The study examined the small business operations to determine the optimum mobile phone supply levels, hence avoiding high saturation levels. The research findings were presented to the Board of Directors and used to distribute mobile phones more evenly across the region and help small business owners.
