This project included seven (7) different sub-contractors producing data for Harris to ensure proper quality requirements were achieved. Produced and delivered source packages for all.

Lead a team of 20 analysts in the production of various GGI mapping products that included 1:5,000 digital Urban Feature Datasets (UFD), 1:50,000 digital map datasets, 1:100,000 digital map datasets, and 1:250,000 digital map datasets for the NGA. Primary responsibilities included: schedule planning, delegating and tracking work assignments.

Lead a team of five (5) quality analyst within the GGI Program. Primary responsibilities include: managing work assignments, tracking quality metrics, training new quality assurance staff on the ESRI PLTS Data Reviewer tools, creating and updating quality assurance documentation, and performing quality reviews and validations.
