Tracked production metrics based on efficiency and quality standards set for the production team. Developed a training plan and trained new employees.Created and updated production quality assurance documentation. Acted as the liaison between program management and the production team Troubleshot technical and managerial issues. Performed quality reviews and validations using ESRI's ArcGIS along with the Production Line Tool Set (PLTS) applications. Supported all program tasks that include ISO compliance and audits, CMMI requirements, and future project pursuits.

Lead a team of 20 analysts in the production of various GGI mapping products that included 1:5,000 digital Urban Feature Datasets (UFD), 1:50,000 digital map datasets, 1:100,000 digital map datasets, and 1:250,000 digital map datasets for the NGA.
