Tech Support Engineer
Current* Communicate with customers through a variety of channels to assist them in diagnosing problems and to guide them in solving issues about Kingston products.* Provide direct support to Product managers in our official distributors, and to corporate channels/corporate final customers, including field visits, pre and post sales assistance.* Help in trainings, product roadshows, advising customers of system upgrade approaches and resolving problems related to product use.* Submit technical escalations that document and track technical issues to report back to engineering.* Assembling and config of Demo Equipment, including benchmarking and testing.* Collaborate with Marketing in reviewing translation for technical accuracy and regionalization.
