- Customer Service, selling tickets and items from the museum shop- Assisting the customers to navigate the museum, answering queries and facilitating a positive museum visit- Guiding several tours of the museums for groups of up to 25 people and covering different demographics from children to pensioners- Translating the museum's internal tour guidelines from Finnish to English- Helping with the development of materials improving customer experience (e.g. information leaflets, maps and exhibition tours.)

Tutoring children of ages between four and fifteen in English and Maths, ensuring a personalised, engaging and fun learning experience for the children in both online, in person and in individual and group settings.

Planning and leading activities and teaching English lessons for children of ages nine to fourteen in a summer camp. Leading excursions to the British Museum, the Stone Henge and Oxford among others.
