- Supporting supervisors in the lifecycle management of employment. - Training and instructing in the use of HR-systems. - Interpreting collective agreements and labour law. - Contact person for our outsourced payroll services.

- Handling contracts of employment, fees and absences. - Contact person for our payroll services at named faculties of University. - Advising HR people and employees at the faculties on systems, collective agreement and organization practices.

- Advising supervisors on payroll and HR matters. - Training supervisors, how to use working time monitoring ang HR systems. - Monthly reports, matching payroll reports at the turn of the year. - Administration of working time monitoring system. - Involved in payroll and HR systems change project.

- Supporting different size and different industries clients with employment matters and handling their payrolls. - Maintaining our payroll system and making changes that Income Register required into our system. - When the GDPR came into force, handling our customers privacy policies.

- Handling one company's monthly bookkeeping and assisting with financial statements. Once in month, matching invoices and reported open invoices.
