My focus is on digital content: understanding the information needs of our target audience and translating that into a successful content strategy that meets the requirements of business while helping customers achieve their business goals. I drive the creation and development of different content types as well as the day-to-day delivery of content according to our roadmap to ensure support content readiness for product releases. I also evaluate and select the right tools to enable optimal efficiency in content authoring, localisation and publishing. I collaborate closely with product marketing and digital marketing to align our content creation to support marketing messaging and maintain an editorial calendar for seeding content promotion into established social media channels (e.g Twitter). I also manage our dedicated YouTube channel where we publish our how-to and webinar videos. As the advocate of customer-focus, I plan and direct the implementation of features that increase the findability (SEO metadata and keywords in content) and usability of our content (content templates, visual design). I direct the work of two content creation vendors with hands-on project management by defining requirements, managing operative work, and providing input to content creation work.

In the role of Information Designer, I was responsible for planning and creating online support content for a number of Nokia's services, using a proprietary Content Management System. While in this role, I was part of pilot programmes related to online content development and video creation.
