Dispute Resolution

The Danish Institute of Arbitration has insight in considerable knowledge on arbitration procedures and the composition of arbitral tribunals in relation to both national and international arbitration. The object of the Danish Institute of Arbitration is to promote arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration Procedure laid down by its Council through arbitral tribunals appointed by the Danish Institute of Arbitration on a case-by-case basis.Upon request of arbitral tribunals, general courts etc., the Danish Institute of Arbitration proposes the name(s) of one or more expert(s) capable of giving an opinion on specific issues. The experts proposed by the Institute must be suitably qualified and must also be independent and impartial. The expert proposals can be related to all aspects of the commercial life and the Institute has, in particular, huge experience in appointing experts in cases related to information technology.
