International and domestic collaboration with partners and other actors on the field and networking with new partner candidates. Marketing and communication, web page and marketing material design, acquiring participants to courses.

Developing, analyzing as well as describing both business and supporting processes. Guiding and aiding departments in their process work. Environmental work both within the organization and in cooperation with outside collaborators and interest groups in various projects.

Organizing and managing preparatory courses for entrance examinations into universities (mainly medical sciences & biology) in 12 cities. Recruiting, briefing, training and supervising ~70 course teachers, material composers and tutors yearly, and the administrative work related to their employment. Development of business processes, softwares and information systems.
