In this role I am responsible to ensure timely production deployments for the applications my LOB supported. I lead the team and ensure that the team reviews the production deployment tasks, ensure details provided are correct and sufficient, check if required accesses are in place, communicate with stakeholders, process the deployment and triage in case of any issues. I oversee the onboarding of new applications to our scope. I also work closely with the leadership team for reporting, process improvements, risk identifications etc.

I was responsible to ensure that all the changes are in compliance with the enterprise policy and changes are planned & deployed in timely fashion. I was also closely working with the various stakeholders to ensure proper training is given with respect to the Release management process.In addition to the above I was an enthusiast of Micro Strategy tool in the reporting space and contributed a lot of reporting matrices to the Senior Leadership Team for various insights.

In this role my primary work was to coordinate the changes planned for approximately 150 applications and process the change request as per the schedule provided by the Application teams. I had to process the change request, coordinate the production deployments and also ensure proper closure of the change request along with post implementation reviews. I was also constantly looking at the processes followed by the team and made significant contributions to optimize the work and cut down the manual efforts by automation to the best of my capability

In this role, I was handling various activities related to project finance. This includes contract management in portal, purchase order preparation & reconciliations, resource management (on boarding & off boarding), time tracking vs billing, admin activities, client visit managements, access controls for project zones.

a. As Fit4Life Champ, I was responsible to ensure active participation by all associates in the initiatives propelled by the organisation for associate’s fitness.b. As Safety Champ, I was responsible to educate the associates in the centre about various safety measures under various categories viz. Road, Self/External harm etc…

I was leading the CSR activities for one of the centers and had to manage end to end. This included: budget planning, event planning and execution with maximum employee engagement, prepare monthly reports, coordinate regional activities and assist with on ground feedback

Ensure compliance on i-Security and V&B tracks.j. Generation of weekly report for the activities in the training centre.

I was trained on Java technology and worked on a mini project as a part of training program.
