The main focus of the Brazilian project was monetization of our Media Partners websites couponing session. In order to do that, I kept up to date with the new technologies regarding website monetization and tracking (Affiliate Networks). At the same time, keeping the website in order (SEO and content related activities) were within my tasks. Along with the team we did forecasting, goal setting for each partnership and later, the measurement of its success. When I was 20, I did an internship in Communication in the Startup. It was a challenge to work as an intern with no direct supervisor for a few months, but it made me have exponential learning curve - applying the concept of Lean Startup in a daily basis. I learnt a lot about data analysis, Google Analytics, Semrush, Search Console and several other tools of the digital world, as well as deepen my knowledge in SEO, management, leadership and social media.

The intention of the project that involves Brazilian states is to develop students and represent them as an unique structure for authorities, as well as approximate the students accross the country.During my term, we introduced the State unit by organizing a launch event, called EGEAD*, and started mapping the Business Administration Academic Centre in order to approximate team and brainstorm.Organizing EGEAD as part of the FENEAD RS, gave me resposibility of:- Accounting spreadsheets;- Budget spreadsheets;- Communication ideas;- Project brand idea;- Team management (five people);- Negotiation with suppliers, sponsors and speakers;- Logistics organizations.
