Partly thanks to the background, I have a practical way of looking at things and like to get my hands dirty.

I explored different options for making impact, and I applied and received 500k+ funding from Business Finland for the Research to Business project "Twinbase". I acted as project manager for the Twinbase project starting from January 2023, and recruited and supervised the rest of the Twinbase team. During 2022, I was also project coordinator for another project and supervisor for a research team of 5-10 research assistants and doctoral researchers.
