Few years have gone now and I have learned multiples skills in this work. My biggest achievement has been improving my mindset and ways of think differently. Master degree studies on top of this work have gave me multiple lessons to learn to see things differently, inside and outside of work. I love to do innovative thinking, learn other people mindsets, constant improvement.

Working as partstore salesman in face-to-face sale, I managed to learn customer service in different way than I had used to. My passion was to get known the customers preferences to improve my skills to serve them best way possible. Most educational work on blue collar skills. Main part of the job was to do repairs and maintenance on trucks but I also made metalwork for the City of Espoo, building stainless steel handrails outside. Learned to drive many different type of excavators and wheel loaders. Made engine swaps on rock crusher machines, was in charge of hydraulic hose making and welding gas sale

I had 4 months of job training at the local truck service without pay, so I had to pull long days to pay bills. Job training was from 7am to 3pm and my night shift at Johnson Metal started at 4pm. I also work in some weekends too, pulling 10 hour days to afford something more than just survival of the bills.
