I will be bringing my 18 years of experience in project management & product development to Headspace Design Lab as a Co-Founder & CTO. My time in R&D & ACG groups throughout my career have helped me develop a passion for innovation in many different categories. During that time, I also developed skills on how to bring those innovations & ideas to life with cost effective solutions. As one founder of Headspace Design Lab, my goal is to help our clients with any engineering services they may need, while using the skills I have developed.

• Lead developer of many Bell, Riddell and Giro high-end products.• Design, fabricate and assemble prototypes and manufacturing tooling.• Negotiate with international and domestic vendors.• Incorporate new materials to lower weight while increasing energy absorbing attributes in products.• Ensure products exceed CPSC, CE and NOCSAE testing standards.• Represent the company in unveiling of new products.

• Cut and sew prototypes through final production samples.• Constructed complex silicone molds across all categories and brands.• Operated and maintained 20-ton vertical injection mold press.• Responsible for helmet masters used for final tooling.• Created photo-realistic models for catalogues.• Fabrication of custom parts using manual mill and lathe.

• Ensured all machines and measurement equipment were calibrated.• Performed routine maintenance and servicing of machines.• Responsible of shop supply inventory.
