Hi, my name is Juwan WattsI am a graduate from the University of Arizona: Global Campus. I graduated with my Bachelor's of Science in Information Technology. I am a Atlanta, Georgia native and I have a passion for photography, technology, and various films. My journey started around 17 when I landed my first job working at Zaxby's. That job provided me customer service skills that will guide me in the coming years. After that position, I was offered to work in a law firm in the Atlanta area. This firm entailed more responsibilities, plus it was pretty challenging. I had to carefully document correspondence, expenses, and sometimes legal drafts for upcoming trials. I worked for this law firm for a few years, then transitioned to the Comcast company. I have the pleasure to ensure each customer had a great experience and communicate with personal in the field. In the future, I hope to support many customers has a IT Support Specialist/ Technology is advancing each day and everyone will need support with various devices or software. In my free time, I love to improve my craft with my photography. Photos can tell stories and relive precious memories. My strengths include: analyzing a situation, being a team-player; leadership skills; and creativity.
