Once contracts are signed, I function as the lead production contact, coordinating with the client, venue, and Axxis production team to ensure the event had everything necessary to run smoothly.I coach and train the sales team, including developing client-specific sales strategy, prospecting, networking, and generating promotional material with the creative team. In 2019 I successfully transitioned the company to new rental management solution and CRM; as the primary contact for the solution provider, I collaborated with them to customize reports and templates, supervised inventory import, updated pricing and product descriptions, developed warehouse procedures, and oversaw training for sales, office, and warehouse staff. In a continuing role I work with the software provider on all updates, beta testing new features, and provide ongoing UI feedback.
