At Axxis I oversee a sales team that executes an average of 725 events per year with revenue over $7 million. I generate weekly sales funnel reports, quarterly sales reports, quarterly commission reports, and annual summary reports that go directly to the owners. I developed a portfolio of accounts worth over $2M in annual sales in 5 years. I identify client needs through in-depth stakeholder interviews and work with design teams to develop production designs that are effective, on-budget, in-line with the client’s brand image.I manage key accounts and external RFPs. I meet with my clients to get details about their needs for their live events, and serve as the the point of contact for the design team. I collaborate with the design team and put together several proposals that fit the client's needs and budgets. Once contracts are signed, I function as the lead production contact, coordinating with the client, venue, and Axxis production team to ensure the event had everything necessary to run smoothly.I coach and train the sales team, including developing client-specific sales strategy, prospecting, networking, and generating promotional material with the creative team. In 2019 I successfully transitioned the company to new rental management solution and CRM; as the primary contact for the solution provider, I collaborated with them to customize reports and templates, supervised inventory import, updated pricing and product descriptions, developed warehouse procedures, and oversaw training for sales, office, and warehouse staff. In a continuing role I work with the software provider on all updates, beta testing new features, and provide ongoing UI feedback.
