• Fast React Plan (cutting, sewing and finishing), execution the planning process for customer’s current and future orders.• Managing the T&A of the orders, from procurement to shipment, considering raw material booking and in-housing (accessories) on-time to customer expectations and standards (OTD - on time delivery).• Collaborate with the merchandizing team for approvals and materials status to arrange pre-production meeting for new styles.• Work with internal knitting, dyeing and finishing stakeholders for inhouse fabric, accessories and NFD (narrow fabric dept.) to smooth line feeding and on time shipment.• Conduct/ participate in meetings for measuring progress status against plans, embellishment such as print, embroidery, cutting, sewing & finishing.• Daily follow up cutting production status for improve PCD percentage and smooth line feeding.

• Follow up order status.• Monitoring Daily required vs output Status.• Follow up weekly shipment schedule and ensure on time delivery.• Prepare Line Loading Plan.• Prepare Monthly MPS.• Follow up pre-production activities.• Ensure inputs availability to execute production plan well.• Weekly shipment meeting with Merchant & production team.• Maintain PDP file.• Package receive and distribution.• Prepare production report.• Fabric & material ETA plan follow up.• Communication with supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity.• Any Other tasks assigned by the Management.
