We target the affluent customer segment (from €250 000 - to €3 billion).As the marcom manager I am responsible implementing the marketing and communication strategy in compliance with the existent regulation set by the financial authorities.I am in constant contact with customers, business contributors and both internal and external partners to the group (Architas London/Paris, AXA Investment Managers, AXA Bank Europe, AXA Belgium, external). Als AXA ambassadeur promoot ik de strategie, de concepten, de nieuwe acties en oplossingen. Ik ben de commerciële link tussen AXA en de onafhankelijke makelaar. - Bij problemen met dossiers kom ik tussen en indien nodig neem ik het dossier over- Op regelmatige basis bezoek ik de makelaar om een lange termijn partnership met hem op te bouwen, zijn expertiseniveau bij te sturen waar nodig, samen events te plannen, commercieel te motiveren,...Ik tracht de rendabiliteit van de makelaar te verhogen door zelf meetings te geven om mijn productkennis en commerciële kennis over te dragen. Afhankelijk van de onderwerpen die aan bod komen, zijn dit grote groepen (50-100 personen) of kleine werkgroepen (5-15 personen) waar we een plan van aanpak opstellen, nadenken over hoe een bepaald concept commercieel gebracht kan worden naar de eindklant,...
