• Responsible for generating booking growth in Power Generation in Asia Pacific through key accounts and project pursue activities.• Work with Asia Pacific marketing and business development team to grow Power Generation business opportunities.• Create primary demand for Emerson flow technologies (Coriolis, Mag, Vortex, Ultrasonic, Density & Viscosity) in the Power Industry.• Conduct training for internal sales force /local business partners as required, focused on building consultative sales skills.• Utilize “Solution Selling” approach – and ensure user situation is clearly understood and embedded in all sales and marketing materials.• Deliver regular updated analyses to Asia Pacific team and co-ordinate all marketing communications activities related to Power Generation.

• Cross divisional project pursues for both in-country projects as well as multinational projects destination to Singapore.• Provide forecast to achieve / exceed bookings, sales and profitability targets set for the division business in Singapore. • Work with marketing/business development team to penetrate new accounts / industries in Singapore.• Develop and expand the water and wastewater market in Singapore.• Create awareness for flow products among the customers.

• Product support for Emerson AMS Suite for Asia Pacific region. This includes marketing, sales support, project purse and training for both customers and internal sales force.• Project management work including costing, scheduling, documentation, factory acceptance test, site execution as well as site commissioning and project handover stage. The scopes of these projects include design improvement and upgrading for DCS System, electrical and instrument and utilizing diagnostic tools to improve maintenance processes. Also worked with systems such as Emerson DeltaV, Emerson Ovation, 3rd party DCS and familiar with both Hart and Foundation Fieldbus devices.• Work with clients to develop key performance index, develop workflow, optimize alerts and priority for their assets and mapping them to the maintenance strategy blueprint.• Assisting in the development and implementation of account and project strategies.
