"Son, the Wi-Fi isn't working again!"Did you try restarting it? Ever since I was young, I've always been the go-to person for tech support, whether it was fixing the Wi-Fi or troubleshooting a computer issue. This curiosity and desire to help others have shaped my journey into the tech world.🌟 Current Role:I am currently a Guest Experience Lead at the California Academy of Sciences with 2+ years of customer relations experience, supporting a team of 50+ members operating the exhibits. I'm best known for my easygoing personality and as the go-to person for troubleshooting a range of technical issues, ensuring smooth operations for my team.💡 Highlights:1.) Home Lab (Windows Server Environment)Utilizing Virtual Machines, I've created a Home Lab to gain hands-on experience in a Windows Server Environment. From using Active Directory to add users to a domain, to leveraging DHCP and WDS to PXE boot and image machines over the network. This ongoing project continues to enhance my skills in managing and troubleshooting within a Windows Server-based environment.2.) ULingual (Language Learning Website)I've managed and collaborated with a team of 5+ members to create ULingual, a language-learning website developed from scratch! Over 4 months, we took this project from the planning phase to deployment, using modern technologies like MySQL, React.js, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS. We built a platform where users can connect with people worldwide to share their language and culture.🔍  My Interests:1.) Cybersecurity - As technology advances, it has become an essential tool in our daily lives but has also given malicious users more power to exploit vulnerabilities. I’m passionate about understanding and implementing security practices to protect against these threats and staying informed about the latest disruptions in the industry.2.) Computer Networks - The ability to connect with others worldwide feels like magic, but in reality, it’s the result of a vast network of interconnected systems working together. I'm fascinated by how this infrastructure enables seamless global communication and the technology that makes it possible.
