For approximately 12 years, I focused especially on the cotton sector, managing all phases of the logistics process, from road transport to customs clearance, including stuffing and maritime freight.Over the past seven years, I have had the privilege of working with large multinational companies, playing an essential role in areas such as cabotage and national logistics. During this period, I led complex operations, coordinating diverse teams and working in various regions of Brazil.Recently, I took a significant step in my career by joining ACX, where I am directly involved with clients in the commercial department.I have a solid background and developed experience in Integrated Multimodal Logistics and Supply Chain, focusing on commercial expansion, new business development, and client relationship management in large companies, both national and multinational.My leadership is recognized for the ability to integrate high-performance cross-functional teams, achieving expressive results through the implementation of intelligent processes, promoting organizational maturity, and strengthening corporate governance.I have proven expertise in managing projects and customized logistical solutions for complex and critical environments, with a strategic, results-oriented vision, in addition to advanced skills in negotiation and relationships with clients, suppliers, and operational areas.Throughout my career, I have achieved excellent results in contract management, stakeholder management, annual area budget, resource allocation, performance metrics, and performance indicators, having been honored with 1st place in the "Best Practices 2019" award by Mercosul Line for the Customer Centricity project.I am always open to new connections and collaboration opportunities.
