• The overall objective was to minimize downtime on the existing Honeywell CRO applications, which are providing benefits in excess of 8 million dollar per year to Sasol Synfuels. I was also part of the IIT Refresh.
• General Microsoft Windows 2003 & 2008 server administration and maintenance done in conjunction with scheduled maintenance windows, reprocessing of tank inventories, creating of history archives, building of interfaces.
• MS security patch deployment and MES and ICT related server support.
• Liaison and project related work with 15 different process Historian server vendors and integrators
• Rockwell, Siemens, Moore, Citect, Matrikon experienced.

• Suggestion & successful implementation of Server and Network Version Control on the Sasol Synfuels server and network infrastructure.
• Collaboration with BCX Centre of excellence in regards to Senior Delivery Manager and standby standardized MOM reporting.
• Coordinated and implemented more than 290 requests for changes via Change Management on the Sasol Synfuels ICT server infrastructure arena.
• Documenting effective Server Support and Operational support processes & procedures. Defining server standards and best practices in support of the ITIL/WOW continuous learning framework for the Sasol Synfuels Server &.
• Process owner of 27 documented processes and procedures currently hosted on the Business Connexion Business Standard Management website used across all Business Connexion South-African sites.
• Chosen as a mentor to guide new learners in support of the Learnership program hosted by Business Connexion
