With years of experience in the entertainment and retail industries, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to create memorable and enjoyable experiences for customers and employees alike. I have a strong background in sports, economics, and communication, which enables me to understand the market trends, customer preferences, and operational challenges of the In Theatre Sales (ITS) department at Kinepolis, where I have been part of the management team since January 2022.As the Head of In Theatre Sales for Belgium and Luxembourg, I am responsible for the overall management of the ITS department, which represents 28.6% of our total revenue. I oversee the contract negotiations with our suppliers and partners, the preparation and monitoring of the ITS budgets, and the follow-up of sales (assortment, volumes, promotions). I also coach and support a team of 16 ITS managers and 300 ITS employees across 14 theatres, ensuring that they deliver high-quality service and products to our customers, while maintaining safety and hygiene standards. I leverage my skills in management, coaching, and negotiation to foster a positive and collaborative work environment, where everyone can grow and contribute to our success.
