Responsible for the coordination of the temporary employees at the distribution centre of Albert Heijn. Direct supervisor of 50 temporary employees per shift. Essential elements:- Plan, interview new employees, administrative tasks, training of new employees. - Direct contact for Albert Heijn to solve productivity or other issues with temporary employees.
