As President of SenSource, I'm an active leader in the day-to-day operations. My focus and dynamic vision for SenSource and our team cultivate the innovative ideas and talent that keeps SenSource thriving. My philosophy is that “business does not just exist to make money, but to make people. Money is simply “icing on the cake”. I like to think I'm an inspirational entrepreneur. Starting 3 other companies and held C level positions in 4 companies over the past 20 years. I've played major roles in the design of numerous hardware and software products and solutions. I define success not as a destination but as “a continuous effort to move in the right direction”. I believe strongly in giving and serving community. I am a Christian, though not perfect by any stretch, I try to live and lead by example. Besides president of SenSource I also sit on the board of a local non-profit organization (LoveThisPLace.us). I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with honors from Youngstown State University. I am energized when surrounded by people and building relationships.
