In the fullness of time, my job involves people. Humans are dynamic which involves a myriad of life encounters, and shifting work industries is never a small-scale decision. Obtained a degree in Hospitality Management with Latin honor, and lived the American dream in 2019 while working in a full-service, family-focused country club in Demarest , New Jersey. Working as a F&B Server, I have learned to capture the smile of the members by engaging with them and ensuring satisfaction with their dining experience. Eventually pranced the dining room as a F&B runner, I have tirelessly executed my creativity in serving, co-planning the table arrangements, and decorating for multiple events.When 2020 started and the world was hit by a pandemic, everyone was forced to quarantine. An opportunity came to me working from home as Freelance content writer. Our client tasked us to write at articles in a week with different topics under unique categorizations, and I was once pronounced as one of the Writers of the Month.I learned that I am also capable of writing contents, and few months after, I was referred, and got hired to work in a world-class shipbuilder in town as Procurement Administrator. I liaised with both local and global suppliers sending out supplier requirements for system enrolment in the company's ERP. Part of my tasks are obtaining SDRLs (Supplier Data Requirements Lists) for different vessels to undergo approval, PO Creation, Purchase Requisition, and worked for Sustainment team. Why am I writing these down? Because in life we are open for changes. Now that international borders are back again, I am aiming to share my talents/skills to the world again. It is never too late to start again after the pandemic.
