Client Success Specialist
- Provides support and coaching to existing and new staff members
- Conducts new hire orientation and process training to newly hired staff members
- Regularly engages in cross-training (Property Management Software), including self-directed learning
- Assists clients with their Airtable - related queries and automation investigation/configuration
- Creates audits with offshore on their PM bases
- Manages staff concerns (people management, workload distribution, performance queries)
