• ADP Workforce Now Administrator & Security Master• Create/Maintain Share Point sites for various projects(PMP Program, HR/ IT communication, HR/Payroll Work Site)• Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. Payroll, IT Dept). • Provide overall project management for a given HR initiative. • Provide support for HRIS processing including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRIS/Payroll problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.• Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. • Help maintain data integrity in systems weekly by running queries and analyzing data.• Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches.• Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. • Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. • Train Hr team on new processes/functionality; Train new system users. • Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies.
