Company Whitesoft provides a large portfolio of products and services in the ICT area. Since May 2012 Whitesoft runs a local representation of foreign photobank 123RF in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. My primary goals were:- complete sales process beginning from the acquisition of clients through all business proposals together with price calculations towards the final stage of billing procedures- leading the project 123RF. My task was to enable to our customers (graphic agencies, freelancers, designers, advertising companies) to have an easy and fast purchase of products (content of photobank e.g. images, vectors, video footage)In my position I primarily focused on improving the selling process and created regular reporting which helped us to precisely define the demands of our clients together with exact sales figures. Due to the correct definition of our marketing plan, I managed to increase sales significantly. The whole process was coordinated through daily communication with HQ of photobank based in Malaysia. Our mutual mode of communication was English.

In this position I was responsible for:- setting the current pricing strategy on territories such as Russian Federation and Eastern EuropeBased on data analysis I was able to react promptly to the behaviour of competitors through the suitable distribution of prices, together with the setting of special tariffs via GDS systems.

My tasks were primarily support and assistance to foreign representations of the mothercompany with concluding incentive agreements between Czech Airlines and travel agencies acting on particular markets.Based on agreed methodology, I prepared and processed materials for the payment of commissions resulting from sales targets and achievements. My timely feedbacks and reporting made a substantial contribution towards concluding agreements over the following years.
