Lead the American technology team to drive the entire Performance product line growth in the American region including Valox®, Xenoy®, Xylex®, Cycoloy®, Cycolac®, Geloy® and novel blends.

Responsible for North Americas product management of Vectra® LCP, Zenite® LCP and Thermx® PCT, including pricing, strategy, P&L, interfacing with technical marketing, manufacturing, technology and innovation, supply chain and commercial organizations.

Research and product development (High-Heat Materials Product line) working in the area of Fortron® Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS).

Responsible for Raw Materials Consolidation Projects and Strategic Raw Materials across all Business Lines w/ targeted annual savings of ~ 3MM USD.

Lead the global product development efforts (Florence, KY and Kelsterbach, Germany) in support of the Polyester Business Line (Total Volume ~ 110 MM lbs) and provide technical support to the Sales Team for current and/or future customers.

Lead global R&D project for electro-conductive polyacetal grades with estimated market potential of $10MM/year. This effort was leveraged to U.S. affiliate, through Europe/U.S. job transfer, to lead this project on a global scale.

Developed commercial process for melt-processable poly(tetrafluoroethylene) and low-wear, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (patents filed).
