• Defining the analytics priorities and delegating tasks to the team - which also includes myself as an operational resource.- Responsible for building analytics in the department, combining different sources of data:
• Power BI dashboards (have created several reports and dashboards in Power BI using different data sources, including Databricks)
• Power Apps (have developed a project portfolio tool in Power Apps used for managing projects in the department, calculator of capacity vs resources, and prioritization tool used by the leadership in the prioritization.
• Power Automate (have created several flows that intertwine data from different sources and send emails/alerts to stakeholders)
