I became involved in maintaining internal tools (such as a web scraper written in Node + Puppeteer) and acted as a facilitator of processes between teams to increase the efficiency of everyday tasks.- I have developed improvements in the website production process, including: standardizing components in Figma, enhancing communication on technical issues with clients, and optimizing the use of QA tools and resources to avoid false positives.- I presented a proof of concept for a new Design System with integrated tokens.
