I am responsible for influencing and implementing end-to-end Human Capital strategy that will drive the business and meet the company goal. Managing a team of HR Business Partners and Associate Relationship Specialists, the goal is to provide insightful data to guide our partners with business decisions and directions while we also liaison between our partners and the different HR centers of excellence and other support functions. Execution of programs related to talent management, career planning, leadership coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, strategic organizational development and employee engagement activities. As lead, constant and comprehensive communication amongst senior and executive leadership is initiated to influence lasting and sustainable efficiencies and strategy implementation. Also provides executive coaching to stakeholders and help design solutions that cut across multiple disciplines and work with the different functions and turn these solutions to action.

The position partners with the other senior management teams from operations and other support groups for projects and initiative affecting attrition, labor compliance, employee motivation, performance management and disciplinary management processes. It is also an expectation for the Senior manager to provide coaching and mentoring for the Site HR Team members, to empower them as business partners of the site. We are also tasked to spearhead various initiatives for development and enhance current processes to prepare the business for the current and upcoming needs of the business. Currently supporting multiple sites in the metro ensuring sharing of best practices and consistent support amongst the Site HR teams.

Provides guidance to different Site HR Teams to provide the different support groups and operations teams with day-to-day support for various Site HR concerns, including performance management, disciplinary management processing, employee engagement, grievances and escalations. Monitors and handles audits, labor cases and complaints. Ensures that all processes are compliantwith the company's policies and labor standards both locally and internationally.

Provides overall supervision on day-to-day responsibilities of Site HR (ER) team, which includes performance management, disciplinary management, employee motivation/retention and organizational development. Ensures compliance to local and international labor standards which also includes providing guidance to operations and other support groups. Evaluates various HR Processes and Tools and recommend development as needed. Provides training, coaching, guidance and recommendations to various groups to ensure compliance to HR Policies.

Leads the team to ensure effective delivery of service to clients and account partners. Conducts various HR related workshops, Administrative Hearings and process calibrations with the different accounts. Spearheads various HR projects for the site. Acts as adviser to the site HR team and with the accounts based in the site.

Engaged in Account Management and HR processes calibration with operations. Serves as a consultant for complex disciplinary management processes, Conducts administrative hearings and spearheads various HR projects for the site.

Engagement with account management, alignment of processes, performance appraisals and benefits administrations. prepares reports and contributes to process improvements for the site and operations. Provides solutions to complex benefits-related transactions. Conducts administrative hearings for simple cases (eg. Attendance related cases).

Provides basic employee relations tasks such as benefits administration, disciplinary actions, performance reviews and employee movements.

Conducts interviews from initial screening to behavioral interviews. Deals with accounts for endorsements of potential hires for various technical and specialized openings.
