I was born in Madison, Wisconsin, but spent the first 12 years of my life traveling and learning about cultures in the Caribbean with my parents. The experience has made me an avid traveler and I have since touched five continents and explored 26 countries independently, with study abroad participation in three more. The adaptability, pragmatism, and communication skills developed through my lived experiences helped shape me into a strong and confident leader.Currently, I am working with CORRE Engineering to continually incorporate the culture of small business that we love into the mid-size firm world that we work in. My job is to assess and provide new tools and resources, guide team members toward efficiency, collaboration, and productivity, and facilitate expansion of our service capabilities via a diverse workforce. I focus on delivering key outcomes, building team initiatives, and quickly adapting to new technology. I speak tech and exec to bridge the gap between investing in new tools and utilizing them. Working with various personalities and educational backgrounds allows me to continuously educate, refine, and drive myself toward being a better colleague. The best part of my career has been the experience of wearing multiple hats over time. Learning and growing is the best part of life, and I plan to continue to do so throughout my personal and professional time. From aerial photography and creative design to analytical reporting and IT analysis, and all the cultural and business management elements in between, I'm proud and grateful to be a part of an organization that gives the opportunity to advance in the skillsets that interest us most and suit us best as individuals.
