Additionally, I am responsible for consultant oversight and management to ensure they are assimilating into the client environment and adding value to the organization.In 2018 and 2019 I was involved in the planning and execution of two separate fundraising events to support Brooksource's veteran hiring program, Project Patriot. Between these two events, Brooksource was able to raise $5,000 in support of The Fisher House, a local non-profit veteran organization.

Hired to the team as a member of the support staff in 2015, I consistently demonstrated leadership at each position I held during my employment at Nada Restaurant & Bar. Certified as a Corporate Support Staff Trainer, I spent time in Indianapolis in 2016 to help open a new restaurant. During my time in Indianapolis my responsibilities included implementing effective systems and operations, training, and coaching newly hired staff members.I was quickly promoted from Server Assistant to Server and Bartender. These roles allow me to do what I love, which is interacting with and getting to know people from all facets of life. As a Server and Bartender I was responsible for creating a unique and welcoming environment for customers. I excelled at building rapport with customers to help identify and suggest appropriate menu items for them to enjoy. I worked on the marketing and creative team for one of Cincinnati's most respected restaurant groups to maintain each of their unique brands. Responsibilities included content management and strategy execution, customer relationship management, and market research. Through creative thinking and collaboration I would generate original social media content and maintain a thoughtful brand strategy for each restaurant to tell their unique stories.Through Yelp and OpenTable platforms I regularly monitored and engaged with customers to better understand their experience and perception of each brand. Based on this feedback I would provide weekly reports to each management team identifying strengths and weaknesses to improve the overall dining experience for our customers. In addition to these reports, I managed a "Secret Shopper" program to better understand every facet of the dining experience and customer experience. In my time at BRG I overhauled the "Secret Shopper" survey to make it more comprehensive, as well as engaged with candidates throughout the entire lifecycle of the program.With BRG's flagship brand/restaurant seeing rapid growth, I spearheaded extensive market research to understand buyer personas and demographics in prospective locations for expansion. Additionally, I utilized customer data to better understand driving factors behind customer visits to help create and drive company strategy.

Primary duties and responsibilities included developing and implementing the University of Kentucky's IT network. This included troubleshooting WiFi issues on campus building while also helping to upgrade their wireless internet throughout campus. Most days were spent running Cat-9 cabling throughout building and helping to establish a more consistent and powerful wireless network.

Working at American Greek Company provided me with the opportunity to help develop my sales skills while also using creative thinking to create a product that customers wanted. On a regular basis I would travel to national Greek conferences to sell Greek apparel while also raising brand awareness for the American Greek Company. Traveling to these conferences and speaking with customers helped me develop my genuine interest in providing creative solutions. I would take what I learned from the customer and translate that into merchandise that was sought after within the Greek community. Being a prominent company in the Greek community, we were responsible for filling orders in a timely manner while also maintain and stocking a retail store with product that customers wanted.
