My key responsibilities included:Monitoring and reporting against project milestones, budgets, risks and quality within the environmental work stream.Leading and organising consultants within assigned work streams in a way that enables the objectives of a project to be achieved.Developing and managing resource consent applications and other RMA authorisations including notices of requirement, outline plan of works, certificates of compliance, etc.Monitoring and auditing of designation and resource consent conditions and associated agreements at a local government level.Preparing and submitting Project Construction Environmental Management Plans.Managing the development of Environmental Management Plans, including for construction noise, contaminated land, erosion and sediment control.Liaising with landowners and other external parties to ensure any development within proximity to National Grid transmission assets gives effect to the central government’s direction in the National Policy Statement of Electricity Transmission.Reporting (via dotted line) to Transpower’s Auckland Development Team and assisting in delivery of Transpower’s Auckland Strategy.
