Launched a major corporate rebranding initiative with a new corporate logo and redesigned web site. Led product management for two product lines,including the firm’s SSL channel security products, which was then the company's most profitable line of business.

Introduced the world's first server-side wallet (Web-server based transaction database) used by consumers to process credit card payments on the Web. Grew the company to twenty ISP customers, hundreds of merchant customers, and thousands of consumer accounts. Led the company’s acquisition and sale to Spyrus Inc.
