When I reflect on the past decade, it's clear that my journey has been nothing short of transformative. From spearheading the Hispanic Zika virus campaign to helping 184 SME achieve their goals and a growing marketing agency, my professional path was marked by success but also burnout.Faced with the realization of needing a change, I made a pivotal decision to walk away from my high-paying job. Before making this leap, I had a hypothesis that team collaboration would be pivotal for entrepreneurial success. I believed that creative leadership and human-centered strategy is the new currency, essential for my journey as an entrepreneur. I believe that effective collaboration is the true superpower of an super start team.I believe that every team member has an opportunity to contribute their ideas in a structured manner without any one voice dominating the conversation.In early 2022, I began cultivated thousands of hours to mastering innovation and the art of crafting and conducting top-notch collaborative sessions. and, witnessing phenomenal results as organization leaders and teams got clarity on making strategic choices. Furthermore, I have established a network of partners who are some of the most skilled facilitators in the world to collaborate with me in delivering these workshops.This pivotal moment marked my transition to a new role as strategy designer, workshops facilitator, and creative leadership coach. Now, my mission is clear: Equip leaders and teams to be more creative, collaborative, and human centered, so that they can lead LEAD transformative strategic initiatives that drive impact.My results:Insurance company devise a new strategy initiative, validates a new market segment and reposition an offer to meet new audience needs.
