Senior Operations Officer Observer Coach Trainer (OCT) for the JRTC Operations Group Brigade Special Troops Battalion (BSTB) Task Force. Responsible for coaching, teaching, and mentoring BSTB staffs with a primary focus on the Current Operations, S3, and XO as they train for combat at the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC). Plans and supervises the Task Force's support to the rotational BSTB's joint and combined arms training in Decisive Action Training Environment (DATE), Contemporary Operating Environment (COE), and Counter Insurgency (COIN) scenarios.
