Leads Revolve Fund, a multimillion dollar philanthropic initiative that uses grant funding to increase capital access for Black/African-American, Latinx, Native American, and other people of color (POC)-led businesses, nonprofit organizations, financial intermediaries, and venture funds. Revolve offers recoverable grants to organizations using an investor-like approach to ensure that Revolve's funders maximize their funding and leverage impact.

Co-managed foundation's $140MM impact investment endowment allocation comprised of direct and fund investments, including cash deposits, debt, equity, and loan guarantees. Led strategic grant investments and initiatives related to entrepreneurship, wealth creation, and equity and inclusion.

Performed impact investing across various asset classes, including private equity (direct and funds), debt and mezzanine instruments, and cash deposits. Co-managed cumulative $115MM+ of mission-driven, program-related investment, and complimentary grant portfolios. Principal designer and underwriter of Detroit Entrepreneurs of Color Fund.

Converted Urban Employ, a national network of job and internship listing websites, from community website, DetroitIntern. Oversaw day-to-day operations including web development, site content and legal policy, and marketing. Secured angel and grant investment, including Business Accelerator Fund grant, a State of Michigan 21st Century Jobs Fund Program managed by Michigan Small Business and Technology Development Center (2013)
