My perseverance paid off when I was promoted to Employee Relations Manager, a position that allowed me to interact with employees across regions, gaining a deeper understanding of their mindset and the opportunity to contribute to conflict resolution.My passion for HR was unwavering, and I was driven to do more. Today, I lead the HR department, managing the entire lifecycle of employees, from hiring to training and retention. My primary goal is ensuring the company's workforce is productive, motivated, and engaged. I develop and implement HR policies and procedures, including benefits and compensation plans, performance management systems, and employee relations programs. I also ensure the company's compliance with employment laws and regulations. Working closely with management teams, I provide guidance on HR issues and support the company's overall goals and objectives.
