I am energetic and tech savvy, possessing excellent communication skills with 20+ years of work experience working with leading Telecom organizations specialized in delivering Mobile telephony services in India, Middle East and Africa. In my previous positions, I have worked mostly in the sphere of Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management where I have gained much experience in end to end operations of telecom companies, identifying Revenue leakages in front-end operations and processes related to Service Provisioning, Billing systems, Credit Management and Fraud Management From the year 2005 to 2009, I have been providing consultancy services for some telecom companies in the middle east and Africa (Saudi Arabia, Tanzania, Syria & Jordan), helping them establish new Revenue Assurance Departments and deploy tools and processes for the smooth working of those teams. From September 2009 till July 2015 I worked at MTN, as Senior Manager, Revenue Assurance heading the Revenue Assurance Department based in Kigali Specialties: Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management. Currently I am working as Head of Revenue Assurance at ComzAfrica, a company specialized in the delivery of Mobile Value Added Services for telecom clients in Asia and Africa.
