My job was maintaining clean and efficient warehouses, moving materials from one building to the next, unloading and loading trailers, and shipping logistics. Inventory audits were done on a regular basis to ensure accurate count. Before any product left the facility it was tested multiple times to ensure the life-saving devices worked properly. Any finished donage with faulty equipment was quarantined, later to be inspected. Was tasked with making installation kits which included couplers, metal or plastic conduit, and installation instructions shipped with duct alarms.

Process started with unpopulated circuit boards and ended with finished product and installation guides.Some products required multiple tests and rework depending if the units faulted, or didn't fit the proper finished housing.

Promoted to surface mount machine operator I was was tasked to populate circuit boards for stand-alone, and programmable HVAC smoke alarms. Memorization of hundreds of components, loading feeders, and inspecting them before and after the soldering process. Any imperfections were taken to our quality sector to be inspected and tested. Machine adjustments were a regular occurance, depending on what product was being made for the customer. Our factory made safety devices for Trane, ADT and various other companies.

Electro coating CNC aluminum for transmissions and engines, focusing on premium rust resistant parts for Ford automotive company. While receiving new parts, we implemented new racking systems in order to fit the needs of the customer. Producing both clear and hard coating, we packaged all of the aluminum into stackable crates and tested lot samples before sending it back to the company.
