Talent Acquisition Specialist
Current· Develops and builds hiring processes for a variety of levels from temporary staffing to executive.· Prepares and updates job descriptions; develops relationships with staffing /recruiting agencies and negotiates contracts.· Direct and manage recruiting efforts, applicant tracking, talent sourcing,· candidate evaluation and screening, interview process, offer negotiations.· Perform phone screens as an initial step of the interview process anddetermine appropriate subsequent steps for candidates.· Provide training and mentoring to hiring managers on selection and· interviewing.· Facilitate candidate onboarding and ensure smooth onboarding process· Ensure all new hire documents been completed and properly retained.· Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a hands-on manner, adjusting to issues as needed in a dynamic work environment· Ability to create and build compelling analysis to consult with managers about making data-driven, insights-based people decisions· Tackle day to day issues across the broad spectrum of HR management· Provide guidance and counsel to managers on the performance management process· Support training and development initiatives
