Must maintain working knowledge of regularly changing TLC standards and procedures, including quality control. All operators are registered with the TLC to operate for a specific charity, and may represent any sessions/events played in said charity's benefit. Most operators represent multiple charities as Circus Bingo has several represented by each location.Caller - Call Bingo games, ensure all games run by TLC standards, and monitor the hall for any issues. An incredible amount of time management and improvisation is necessary to keep time as each license for a session is for a specific amount of time. Requires speaking in front of hundreds of people extemporaneously for hours at a time. Constant communication with all team members is necessary to facilitate the operation and payment of all games, and expedited service for all guests. This position contains a host of unique challenges that requires the ability to not only think on your feet, but to accept constant criticism. It is extremely fast-paced.Runner - Deliver excellent customer service through quick response and friendly interaction. Many guests are regulars (some are there more than I am) so building long-term rapport is paramount. Sales is a large part of most job tasks, making communication the primary skill for the job. Fast-paced environment requiring general fitness and long-periods of being on feet at a time. Ability to lift 25 lbs. is helpful.
