After Superloop acquired Exetel, I was responsible for building an internal engineering team, managing the team and workload of four engineers, integrating the new Exetel products & tech into the Superloop frontend, facilitating the full company rebrand across the customer facing projects, building out new processes and systems for the growing team, as.

At Exetel I was the sole frontend engineer for the company up until the acquisition by Superloop. Where most telcos have entire engineering teams, I rebuilt the frontend for the entire company on my own. Primarily the consumer and business websites, as well as the customer portal used by customers to manage their services, accounts etc, all built using.

Brownpaperbag is a digital agency based in Auckland, as the lead engineer I was tasked with leading the engineering team consisting of frontend & backend engineers, reviewing their code, upskilling and assisting the team with technical issues and rebuilding a completely custom CMS for the agency, while also coding client projects using primarily Laravel.

As the senior backend engineer in a digital agency, I was responsible for building a new CMS for the agency, building management portals for clients, setting up MySQL databases, APIs and other backend architecture from scratch using primarily PHP to facilitate the various clients’ needs.

At We Love Travel, a travel industry start-up, I worked closely with the senior full-stack engineer to build out and improve both the backend and frontend functionality across the range of travel websites, and management systems. Primarily using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (jQuery), HTML & SASS.

My role at Iglu was to build new websites, both frontend and backend, from graphic designs and technical briefs for the various agencies clients.
