Prior to dedicating his full-time efforts to Rehab My Rehab and 4Brain Consulting, Jon served as the Regional Vice President of CTC programs (US-East) at Acadia Healthcare. He began his career in Medication Assisted Treatment as Director of PA Operations for Habit OPCO before it became a wholly owned subsidiary of CRC Health Group, and ultimately Acadia. Prior to joining the Habit team, he served as the Vice President of Operations at EIHAB Human Services (responsible for the management and leadership of a Residential Psychiatric Treatment Facility for Juveniles and Adolescents, several Residential Treatment Programs, a Private Academic Institution and multiple group homes). Prior to EIHAB, Jonathon served in progressively responsible positions with MinSec Companies. During his career with MinSec, he worked as a Case manager, a Case Management Supervisor, as a Facility Director, a Regional Director, and as the Vice President of Treatment Services. He earned his Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Marywood University in Scranton and his Bachelors in Criminal Justice from the University of Scranton. Jonathon is a member of several scholastic honor societies. He served as a program evaluator for the Lackawanna County Prison Life Skills Program: Stepping Up. He served for just over 20 years on the PA Board of Probation and Parole Advisory Committee and previously maintained a position on the Board of Directors for The Harrison House Personal Care Home, Scranton. He has also been an adjunct professor of Sociology at Lackawanna College and of Criminal Justice at Marywood University.
