As an installation technician for AT&T, I had to prepared for it by reviewing installation orders, gathering equipment, supplies, and tools and coordinating schedules with customers. I had to plan the installation by evaluating the location, laying-out equipment and wiring plan. I had to install equipment, run and pull cable, program and calibrate equipment while adhering to standards and providing great customer service. Test equipment performance along with identifying and correcting any issues to get optimal performance. I also maintain a safe work environment by following safe practices and adhering to safety policies.As a sales consultant, I gained additional technical and sales experience along with providing extraordinary customer service. I met all sales objective as well as handle the administrative aspects of the sale including contracts, warranties, pulling product from inventory, accepting customer payments, and filing completed orders. I also maintained strong knowledge of all existing and new products and services offered by the company.
