A great joy for me is to build and energize teams. I am a proud graduate of the Center for Leadership Studies. Highly effective leaders can seem to be in short-supply. I have been purposeful in mentoring from and modeling those managers of mine over the years who have been able to strike the right balance that allows their teams to develop into leaders themselves. In the many teams I have led, I feel I've gotten closer to that ideal.Beyond building great teams, I am a firm believer that amazing customer experiences lead to businesses that scale organically. In helping companies large and small to grow I always start with listening to the customer, taking an outside-in view of our business, and crafting solutions through zero-based thinking.
