I founded Soundside Partners LLC as a way to address the ever-increasing importance of semiconductors and related technologies to multiple industries. Semiconductors are already ubiquitous in our everyday lives and will become even more foundational over the coming decades. Soundside is a future-focused consulting & advisory firm helping organizations with corporate strategy, semiconductor market insights, technology & product development, business development, sales strategy, organizational design, and marketing/branding. Drop me a line if any of these are of interest.I'm a veteran of the semiconductor industry with experience leading global sales, business development, marketing, R&D, & product development teams for publicly-listed companies. Most recently, I was Executive VP for IQE plc, where I led worldwide commercial activities, supplying compound semiconductor wafers to a variety of markets including RF/mobile/IoT, power electronics, automotive, aero/mil/defense, and telecom/datcom.I've been internationally recognized for contributions to compound semiconductors, particularly gallium nitride (GaN) RF and power electronics, with 3 book chapters, >200 technical publications, 20 US patents, and numerous invited & plenary presentations.
