Responsible for overseeing the growth, efficiency, and profitability of Sign Resource Management by driving strategic initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, and leading business development to ensure market expansion, client acquisition, and operational excellence.

My role is a blend of hands-on project management and strategic business development. I enjoy collaborating with our team and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery and to continually enhance how we operate. I take pride in driving our business growth by seeking out new opportunities and fostering strong relationships with clients. I’m actively engaged in identifying areas where we can improve our processes, and I work on implementing solutions that streamline operations and boost efficiency.

Connecting with churches who are pursuing God’s design for the Church to live on mission by identifying new church planters, developing and implementing church planter training, managing the church planter residency, collaborating with churches to develop a leadership pipeline in producing church planters, and co-creating and designing Known’s local network of churches in greater Austin and beyond to make the name of Christ known from our neighborhoods - to the ends of the earth.

Provide strategic, organizational, and relational leadership to the church operations including leading and managing Human Resources, Staffing, Finance, Information Management, Facilities, & Shepherding and to the church outreach efforts both locally & globally.

-Refined and executed a project plan (including facilities & staffing) to launch the second multi-site campus of a church of 6,000 people in January 2015.-Recruited an advance team of 40 and a launch team of 160 through person-al meetings and prayer which led to a campus launch with 629 people. -Lead 3 full-time, 2 part-time staff through annual ministry action plans, weekly staff meetings, and 1-on-1 meetings to accomplish the vision of the church.-Managed and grew the campus budget to over $1.1 million.-Identified property for the campus, participated in selecting an architect, and walked through the feasibility and master planning process. Closed on the property in March 2018.-Recruited, developed and deployed the Campus Leadership Team to own small groups, connections, and strategic ministries at the campus. -Served on the One Church Multisite Leadership Team with the Executive Pastors and three other campus pastors.

-Initiated the restructuring of Elder team to be more involved in the shepherding of the church and implemented the recruitment of Deacons to assist Elders in ministry. -Prepared and communicated creative Expository sermons series and coordinated with Worship Team to craft engaging gatherings each week. -Invested in six groups of men through discipleship and accountability (DWAP, SSL). Launched and led five Community Groups consisting of 25 families. -Implemented an integrated planning process which included church wide goals, individual position focus sheets (goals, intended results, actions steps), calendar events, and budget requests. -Developed a Spiritual Formation process that has seen over 125 adults begin and make progress in their journey from attendees to G4 followers of Christ.

-Collaborated with the leadership team to craft a new vision, strategy and core values for the church. -Developed a clear path into community for those new to the church. -Recruited, trained and unleashed 16 new LifeGroup leaders. -Assimilated 200 new people into LifeGroups through GroupLink. Created and delivered multiple sermon series to the church body. Served on the Strategic Planning Team with two other staff and three elders. -Developed, designed and taught a series of discipleship classes teaching adults basic Bible Study Methods and Theology. -Revitalized Family Life ministry for birth through senior high. -Led 10 paid staff, 30 LifeGroup leaders, 2 support group leaders, counseling center staff, and nearly 100 Sunday morning volunteers.

-Recruited, trained and maintained a volunteer staff that grew from 8 to 40. -Developed small group communities and curriculum for junior and senior high, integrating 75% of students into life-changing relationships. -Cast vision and launched a new ministry training environment for students to be equipped and engaged into ministry, resulting in 40% of students in an identifiable ministry within the first year. -Provided leadership to annual church-wide outreach, resulting in over 1000 children from outside the church hearing the gospel and over 100 adults and students serving in ministry. -Led an adult small group, mentored an apprentice leader, multiplied the group into two healthy growing groups. -Served on building and growth task force through first building campaign. -Implemented a ministry to parents through communication and interaction.
